Our Department

Religious Education makes an important contribution to Newry High School by helping to broaden and challenge understanding of both moral and spiritual issues.  The main focus in each class is encouraging students to talk and think about important issues.   We welcome students with all beliefs and from all backgrounds, and encourage them to express their views (while also teaching them how to do this in a respectful manner).
